No other toyota had the same caliper as a Sprinter.
Hi Guys,
I'm sorry if i'm off topic but i have a dilemma. I bought a KE70 brake booster because i thought mine was leaking vacuum, and i thought the KE70 one would fit. Not only did not fit, i mean it did, bolt wise, but the pin that pushes the master cylinder isn't long enough on the KE70 one to push the pin on the sprinter's one. In the whole process i realised that i had a vacuum leak on the hose which connects the two together, replaced the hose and bob's your uncle, it worked fine.
My dilemma is: The wrecker i bought it from doesn't give refunds on parts, and in the process of bleeding the brakes i realised i had a screwed up caliper on the near side as well .
Did any of the other corollas use the same front calipers, if not i'll just buy a rebuild kit. Another thing I'm asking is any ideas on what i could blow this $40 on if thats the case.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
