Parts needed for a back-end conversion?

Hey, I've used the search but couldn't find it. Im just wondering has anyone done a back end conversion from a coupe to a hatch before, If so what are the parts needed besides the lights? Cheers

Is that only the second half of the shell? I heard one of my friends say maybe you can get the back half of the shell, chop the old back end and somehow meld in the new one from the mechs. Just wondering if this can be done too. If so then I have no other questions to ask

Yes it could be possible if you REALLY knew what you were doing, but I'm sure it is also very illegal.

If you really wanted a hatchback, buy a complete shell. Or find someone willing to do a swap.

u couldnt find it using the search because it is the most stupid idea ive ever heard of....

u actually go thru with it or post saying uve started doing it and im fairly sure ull have atleast 20 purists tracking down ur address to smack u around the head

personally i dont think you deserve a hachi if you would want to do somthing like that. i guarantee 99% on this site would agree with me. sell what have now and go jump on the fujiwara tofu treuno band wagon. theres no point ruining to ae86 to make one that looks liek the initial d ae86
