Its all good. i have solved the problem. I wanted to get thinner tyres on the rear of my car because i just purchased new rims with a awesome offset but only 6.5 inches wide. Even with alot of guard rolling the tyres still scrubbed the inside of the guard. i thought to solve the issue i could get a skinnier tyre over the rim and stretch it. I solved the problem by tweaking the panhart rod so that the rear end sat dead centre and presto the problem was solved. Cheers for your reply dave.
