If they are sent to the same name, they usually total up all the wheels into one cost.
But, Customs seems to pick and choose who gets pulled up.
I recently had two wheels pulled up, had to go through all the paperwork just to prove that two 14x6 wheels were worth $50.
The old man had 2 new motorcycle exh plus various other z900 parts jammed into a box and sent from the us with $100 written on the cost decleration.. heard nothing from customs, the parcel made it to its destination
