MX83 cressida 1JZ conversion

hi guys,
wanting to do a 1J conversion to an 89-92 model cressy because I've heard about issues with the 7M-GE (head gaskets) and the gearboxes are pretty weak.

i know that only certain models of the 1JZ fit straight into the cressidas, but i want to try and get more details on where in Adelaide i can get help on the issue. whether a half cut is the best option or what.

I know this sites more dedicated to the 4 cyl toyotas but if anyone could shed some light on the issue to help me out, even if its only a link to a toymods article or something, because ive tried looking around and only found comments, then people bitching that the other persons wrong, etc.
