Release bearing Ke70 4 speed?

hey guys,

got my box out, clutch is fucked, got a new clutch, it came with a new release bearing so i figure ill replace it while the box is out

but i have no idea where to start on removeing the old one from the input shaft of the gearbox?
how is this done?
and also how is the new one put on?

ok as you would of figured out the bearing is fixed to the cast iron carrier. What I did on my T50 gearbox (sprinter) is put the edges on a vice and then used a hammer. I can't remember the details though, if you post a picture I will be able to explain properly

is this the throw out bearing near the clutch fork on the gearbox or the spigot bearing that is actually on the engine?
