PICTURES OF ZERO OFFSET HOSHINOS OR BAN
Looking good brotato.
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?
I'll try to get some pics of the hoshino's. Yes they are nice. Need a polish but will look good I hope.
Now on to the body work. This was the first car I have ever painted and for that matter tried any body work.
As you saw in the first post, hand flared front gaurds, rear hand flared gaurds (not as good because had to cut rust out), then jus tried to fix up all the panels taking of all the decals and strips.
Here are some pics

Does the shifter interfere with the handbrake where it is currently?
T18 in the build
I'm going hydro handbrake so the standard one wont be there anymore. Where it is now, it comes very close to the handbrake when in 4th gear.
So, after I finished the primer I tackled the colour.
First I painted the roof. And the door jams, boot jam, and inside the doors.
Then the colour on the body
And this is how it stands as of yesterday. Putting everything back together.
Still have to let it bake in the sun and then I'll give it a wash then a cut polsh and it should be good.
Its not perfect but its pretty good and I'm quite happy with myself on the paint job. Lot of hours sanding, prepwashing, preping, and painting.
mum doesnt look impressed.....
good pics
