Practically brand new used once. Bought it about 3 months back with intentions of using it but have not.

also comes with all the tools needed for adujstments
This is a good package to start out with, will through in 6 target heads for the arrows.
im chasing around $300 for it am a little neg on the price

nope none needed in South Australia various laws apply for different states Victoria are very strict on things like these and also swords.
