just a question, whats the go with smoking?

there not like regular drugs and alcohole where they are fun to do from the start, you have to get over the whole coughing, feel like shit stage first before the addiction kicks in.

i mean, you're breathing in smoke for gods sake... i just don't understand.

i'm not having a go, just i want someone to shed light so i know what the big deal about it is.

Well after trying other drugs smoking cigarettes is much safer. lol.


But seriously, having a cig when u first wake up really makes u feel ready for the day.

Having a cigarette when ur angry calms you down.

Having a cigarette when u are sad makes u feel better.

Having a cigarette and a redbull is like a big kick in the pants and gets you going.

On a different note.

Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances.

Smoking or passive smoking causes more illness then anything else australia wide! But remember obesity is second, i would rather smoke then eat a huge bucket of KFC everyday.

Nicotine leaves ur system 12hours after having it, the metal addiction lasts weeks.

Why do i smoke?

Well i train muay thai 2 nights a week. I do plenty of exercise outside of it.

Not too concerned about long term illness because life can go anyway.

Nicotine and caffine get me through my exams and assignments.

Helps me deal with stress. (So does kicking muay thai bags)


Its a personal choice.
