how long does something like that take you?
That's only a small one A3 page and as its white on white only really needed outline and shading, maybe took 3-4 hours. I've done a few A2 colour ones for people, took longer maybe 10-12hrs but not all in one sitting, like a few hours a day. Think FRAK posted one I did for him somewhere...

Actually did a few little cartoony sketches of AE86 and KE70 sliding recently... (much like you avatar!) will put up the finished pic soon
