it depends entirely what you want the car to be used for...

id be going 15's personally, but thats because i like the performance options better

14's for looks, 15's for better tyre choice and brake clearance. Depends on what you want to do with the car?

14's for looks,street and drift,15's for circuit, need to run semi's or big brakes,im not a pro but federal 595 on my 14's are sweet

some 14's fit over RX7 brakes, there big enough, i would personally go with 14's

If you plan on running reasonable ride heights i'd recommend 15's just for a better guard to tyre clearance, also tyre choice is much wider in 15's. Unsure on the future on re001s in a 14

15 is best for looks and performance due to tyre choice and for street driving.
14 for easier skids, cheaper tyres and pretty much gay unless 14x7.5 -5 or more

i'd say 13's/14's look better and anything under 7" too narrow personally
