Default Exhaust Manifold - Stud thread pitch/length

    Car - KE70

    Motor - Smallport 4AGE

    Use - Driving etc.

Problem - Thread stripped in head where mounting studs for exhaust manifold are.

Occurs/started when - I had to tighten up stud and it just spun in head.

Personal situation (if applicable)- I am working dogmeat hours at work and have no time to remove and measure the studs so was wondering if someone could please tell me the thread pitch, and stud measurement for the exhaust side of a 4AGE (eg M12 x 1.75), so I can order some new studs and also the correct heli coil to fix problem.

I don't know it off the top of my head but I just used the pre-packaged ones on the champion nuts and bolts stand at repco and they are the right thread. Sorry it's not very helpful but if you need to get them they work.

Spot on Andrew, thanks! M10 x 1.25 is what I needed.

Spoke to old mate at an exhaust shop and he hooked me up with new studs, washers, and nuts for cheap. Didn't need helicoils as it turned out that the stud was snapped and spinning, not turning in the head. So yeah, problem solved

Thanks for the fast info guys, appreciate it!
