    It's back! Police rang to tell me its been found a couple suburbs away. Haven't seen it yet (I'm on hols) but apparently not too bad shape.Console ripped out, head unit & speakers gone, but console bits still there.Thanks for help & suggestions.Next job immobilizer

    another thing could be a quick release hub for the steering wheel. a car with no steering wheels is a big deterrent for thieves.

    good to hear it hasn't been burnt out/crushed or anything. hopefully isn't in too bad a shape. i caught someone in the middle of trying to steal my ke20. not a feeling i'd wish upon anyone to see your pride and joy being stolen.

    you can break it in about 30 seconds with a metal pole.
