MGCC Motorkhana - Sunday 11th Sept 2011 - Sutton Rd Driver training centre, Queanbeyan.....
Ok, guys,
This is one of the best motorsport events that Canberra has to offer. You could even call it the closest thing to 'legal drifting' in Canberra.....
This event is great for not only drivers, but spectators too. I recommend coming down to have a look at the least, or even enter as a driver if you have a CAMS license. This event caters for all skill levels, wether you are just a beginner, or experienced driver, everyone is welcome. It is also a great chance to see what your car might be capable of.
Spectators are free, and entrants fee is $30 (providing you have a valid CAMS license)
Start time: 9am
What is 'Motorkhana'?
The event structure for the MGCC Motorkhana, is to drive through a course of placed flags on a large open concrete area. You are given maps of the correct path to take through the course, trying to get through the course as quickly (or as fun) as possible. Points are de-ducted for knocking over flags, or taking the wrong route through the course..
There will be local members from this forum attending, so come down and say hi, and check out some cool car action.....
