looking for someone who knows how to tune a 4k

as the title says I'm in need of someone that can tune a 4kc motor. it won't run properly and cuts out while idling then wont start again for a while. happens when it's cold and normal temp. I can't figure what's going wrong. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated and I can throw some money their way or beer or whatever you like. I'm available all the time and this is needed kind of bad. someone please let me know, I'm located in the inner west (yarraville)thankssss
