what offset and size wheels are you running ? im doing this conversion to mine i start the rear end this weekend .
So the motor is in.... Finished off the wiring to the point I could get it started, same with fuel setup, lines from surge tank to motor are complete so with some fuel in the surge tank I was able to start it....To my suprise it started first crank, so I must have got the wiring correct and coils in the right order...Motor mechanically sounds good, idled away perfectly and got upto temp with no issues...It sounded pretty poor due to me not bolting the exhaust manifold on tight as it had to come off again....
Once it was run and I was happy that the motor sounded good, I modded the manifold and put on the external gate...bolted the manifold on tight for the last time...

Initial planswere just for a fun drift car, to take to private days and non-comp days etc....but depending on how itgoes id see whats involved in getting to some circuit days....Iv never done one so not sure about them...
Its time to get back into this now, Iv had plenty of distractions lately....
Recently made a trailer to suit it....made it so that itl fit in the garage with the corolla on the back of it....
Im real happy with how it turned out....If anyone is interested in a trailer similiar I am interested in making a few to sell....
Interested to know, did you used load sharing springs and electric brakes? I'm going to do a similar trailer soon for my track car.
Not load sharing as its only light and a Corolla isnt exactly heavy....Yea, electric brakes on the front axle...
I was always going to use elec brakes to make it a bit easier on the soarer towing...
Im also interested in a trailer. Could you PM me with a price? My tax return should be nice this year and i really do need some transport for my POS!
