Nah I need something to stop the radiant heat as well, my bonnet gets super hot from radiant heat from the alloy rad and steams up the windscreen when it rains. Can't do anything with a heat shield either as they're too close together so it's either tape or make a fibreglass bonnet.

Do you want a vented bonet? I have one that you can buy, it's an oem toyota bonet with the topstage vents in the front for the radiator

Nah that's all fine, it's the bonnet itself heating up and turning the rain into steam. Might just make a fibreglass one, gold tape is going to look retarded.

Ordered a 4.1kg steel flywheel and Clutch Industries puck type clutch for it, will do a review once I get them in over the holidays.

Nah that was in the last car, getting the same one again with a much more serious clutch.
