Default Thinking of organizing a meet

I've never really done anything like that so it's pretty much just an idea.
Well, i work at 234 fun galore in braybrook (worst ever).. and i reckon there should be a small meet there up for west siders some time soon.
all hang out for abit, theres a kebab stand there, can all go on the go karts or whatever.
it'd probably be on a weeknight, like a thursday any point after 5pm.

Anyone think this could be a good idea?

That they do, both things. wednesday nights you got i think it's around $60 or so, you get unlimited 10 min rides between 5pm and midnight generally. so you usually get like 2 hours of karting time, which is MOOORE than enough to make your spine tingle.
and thursday nights, same price, same deal really, except you also get 10 min runs on the drift karts aswell as the regular track.

i'm keen to get it organised. if theres a decent amount of people i can get it booked in as a corporate function, so everyone actually gets a grid start and 30 lap dash for a trophy. and bragging rights of course. but any less than say like 10 people, it can be just the regular nighttime session with 10 min rides.
