What did you do for a vacume canister and how have you connected the map sensor?
And also what is your injector duty cycle?
Car -
KE70
motor / part in question -
16v 4age smallport, 20v ITB's (silvertop), adaptronic ECU, innovate wideband. Stock injectors, stock JDM intake pump
problem -
Heavy leaning around 2000rpm under no load
occurs/started when (if applicable)-
Holds a nice AFR around idle, starts going lean slightly when you bring the throttle to around 2%, then gradually leans out to 20:1,
personal situation (if applicable)-
While I wait for a friend to bring round his fuel pressure gauge later in the week, I was just wondering if people upgrade their injectors when they put ITBs. I realize 20v injectors are bigger, but was under the impression they would cope. I am not 100% sure they are the issue, but if people are upgrading them to bigger injectors I would love to know.
Cheers
Tim

whats your transient throttle Enrichment?
mine would do something similar (lean then stall) until i added some tps enrichment.
when the quads start to open they let in heaps more air much earlier than a plenum does.
throw up your ecu file and you may get some better answers
Here is my data log from tonight
And here is my map that we are working with at the moment
Vacuum canister is just an ebay one, has four ports, then from the another port off the canister there is a line running to the MAP sensor.
i've just had a quick look at your log and i think you need more timing.
im at work atm so i cant look at your map until tonight when i get home
i'll have to run mine tomorrow arve and do a log and make sure ive got the most up to date map on the laptop.
then i can compare yours to mine. (say that aloud with a straight face:-)
i'm pretty sure mine has more timing earlier in the rev range.
Ok, let me know how you go mate! thanks for your help.
Hopefully checking fuel pressure tonight!~
tried doing the same with the return line blocked?
Tested fuel pressure tonight, dies out rapidly as soon as the revs are bought up, so on the hunt for a new fuel pump
