sorry, this is as close as i got to the top and bores
Last week was a little hectic
Monday, get back to goldy from Bathurst, drive to warwick to collect a bunch of parts and back to bris to start the build and stay over night.
Tuesday, up early and drive to Dalby to work, back to Bris to finish the engine...
Wed, Still working getting the cam timing set till about 2am... then I took the engine back to dalby, got back at about 6 am, caught some ZZzzzzz. Work and the fabed up some throttle linkage bits.
Thursday night took the engine over to Warwick and fitted the engine, box, diff, exhaust etc. I could get it to cough and chug...sortof. finished up at about 1 am, and stayed over night.
Friday drove back to dalby, work and back to warwick to try and work out the not starting thing. turned out we got the cam timing wrong...DOH. set it all back to 0 on the cam wheels, std lineup marks and only about 24deg ign timing. drove it a few km down the road to the track.
Saturday, QLD SuperSprint champs, circuit k 3km, at Mougan Park, first run was basicly a run in session, then I got into it.
Sunday, SuperSprint champs day 2, circuit d 1.15km and here is a clip from it.
Now I need to redo the cams, ramp up the ign timing and a little dyno time to get the webbers fine tuned... stay tuned.
