You can sell cars with cages here, Porsche and Ferrari have factory complied roll cages.
that cage would be designed to crumble incase of a crash.
japan must have pretty relaxed regulations to sell a car with a cage in it...

Problem is that CAMS and the ROPS/rollbar standards codes wouldnt allow the design shown in the picture. Plus as far as I know there is nothing which would allow a front internal cage in any car.
It seems like every other country is a bit more realistic with vehicle rules and regulations, australia seems way behind in technical knowledge from the government and laws etc.
Probs just not considered a priority I guess.
Didn't the Jdm RC spec come with a cage as well?
We can still get the 6 point cages engineered in NSW can't we, had a mate do it not that long ago. It was the side bars that were the main issue from memory, from an entry and exit point of view, so we got them made bolt in, and the rest was welded in, it passed with the side bars removed.

Typical Aussies are large or extra large in clothe size, the majority of Japanese people would be on the medium to small or extra small in normal Australian size.. thats why a bar in the way of exiting your car is an issue here and not in japan LOL..
this would be so awesome to have in Australia
dose
the deleted items are cool and the idea is awesome
but you could do a better job (cage especially) locally
