sweet, should be interesting next year
The fellas from Bendigo pedders store aka Pedders racing have announced that they will be using the Toyota 86 in next years Manufacturers Championship for circuit racing in Class D.
There are high expectations of the 86 as Grant Phillips , the lead driver has been keen to race one ever since the first concept car was unveiled in 2009. This coupled with back to back championship wins in Class E for the 2011 and 2012 seasons should see them competitive in Class D as the will be partnering with Michelin, PBR, Bosch, Whiteline and J & A Light Freight.
The cars appearance has yet to be finalised, however here is an artistic impression as to what we can expect.
I look forward to seeing this out there on the track in early 2013.
Keep an eye on the pedders facebook page
