im planning on setting up surge tank in 86 , running adm tank vl fuel pump and bt20v
also 86 in stripped out and has rego so dont want anything to obvious in cabin
just wondering what other people have done
any help or pic would be much appreciated

yeah, I run an intank walbro or something like that.
Only seems to surge under quarter tank when throwing the car around alot.
I run a VL in-tank lift pump to a 1L under-car surge tank, then to a VL external high pressure pump. There's not much room for surge tanks under the car so a small tank is necessary.

better yet, get a JDM tank and do it properly
Ajps sells an undercar surge tank. My 86 has a modified tank.previous owner had the tank split opened and had it modified with some high pressure fuel setup and apparently a in tank surge tank.
i need to open it up and have a look because it gets cornering surge when there is 10l or less in the tank =(
