JDM and ADM is the exact same shit when it has all the running JDM gear or better aftermarket stuff, excluding coupes and factory truenos of coarse
Car looks good for what it is, and already has a 20v and usual upgrades

yeah no difference one the car has been upgraded with usual bits, and yeah its has already most of what i would of started, for building process i know people said its a good part of the process of your car my mate is purchasing one stock import if he has to, and we will build that together but obviously might be a while till he gets it so im happy with a built one for now which i could upgrade later on, and yeah 20v and usual upgrades what hooked me in the first place, im going to look at the car this week ill take a couple pics
I agree to most of this. Like I've said in the past everything was made in Japan. How ever the majority of cars I've seen converted still don't turn out as solid as a factory jdm car such as little things like dash rattles and loom hack job issues. True they are little issues and shouldnt deter a purchase but to some people they can be annoying factors that become more work in the future when in the pursuit of perfection....of a 30 year old car......

I also agree for the most part, however there are a few key differences for me. Insurance is way cheaper for the same agreed value for a jdm than adm purely because one has had an engine conversion and one is standard. Doesn't matter that they could be exactly the same otherwise. Modded cars are 90% of the time never as well done as a car that came that way as factory was, due to poor workmanship and/or just a general lack of skills and understanding. Also I would be mindful of it running an aftermarket ecu, because getting pulled over and them sending you to the EPA for emissions would be a great way to feel good about your new purchase.
yeah i understand the insurance will be a costing factor, i would have to ask if it has been passed for emissions and regulations, maybe it has maybe it hasnt but when was the last time a cop pulled you over and sent you to the epa unless they have their suspicions, and yeah modded cars are not always going to go smoothly unless each upgrade was fitted by a mechanic in the business for years i understand that, just been hearing few bad pointers from replies though
How'd you go josh? Check it out?
