Can't Create New Line/Paragraph

I can't create a new line/paragraph in the text box with the 'ENTER' key. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? I'm on win7, IE10. If I switch to compatibility view, the functionality returns, but then all the text editing tools disappear.

Must be a problem with Internet Explorer. Seems fine with Firefox.

I've got it to work correctly again by running the page in compatibility mode.

There was a recent update to IE10, which may have fixed my original issue with compatibility mode not displaying the text editing tools in my first post.

Nice, i just run ie9 and it is fine

I just read the update notes to the forum and ie10 automatically loads a few pages in comparability mode now
