Looking at your list, My guess you will need to run more boost that than (.7bar) to get that power?
Its not really clear what you are asking? Is it tuned yet, or you still need to get it tuned?
Hello
I have made a lot of specs on my 4agte.
Can you tell me is that ok or must i change somethings?
I will drive 300HP on this engine.
Here the spec list:
HKS Valve Springs
CatCams Camshafts 260° 9mm lift 252° 8,5mm lift
CatCams adjustable Cam Gears
planned head
Cp Piston 81,5mm
Spool H-Beam Conrods
precision-balanced crankshaft pulley
HKS 2mm Metall Headgasket
HKS Timing Belt
440cc Injectos from Supra MK3
Fuel pump from the Supra MK3
Custom exhaust manifold with GT28/60RS (now with 0,7Bar)
3 inch downpipe
2,5 inch custom exhaust System
Haltech P1000 (ECU)
Now I have a unfinished map with 98octan
I will drive with e85 and 850cc injector later.
It is very difficult to find a mapper for a Haltech ECU.
I have find one in Netherlands. he is good
All the parts were fitted in the engine from the spec list.
lightened flywheel and sport clutch are installed too. with a 6 speed gearbox from the celica T23 in a c52 box and a cusco rs diff.
The engine has run now 1000km. it was complete rebuild.
What do you say about this?

Good parts list... Will be fun to drive and reliable.
You could most likely run more than .7 bar and i personally don't like real thick head gaskets.

This Power i have it at 0.7bar.
My map is not finished programmed. I must drive on the roll to finished my map.
Do you know the current comp ratio? Unless its a high comp motor (prob not tho since the 2mm HG), you should be able to run at least 1 bar (15psi approx)

Is it a dynapack hub dyno? I'm not doubting you but 300hp on a 4a from a 2860 at 0.7 bar with 252/260 cams is hard to believe. SR guys are running t28 at 1.1-1.2 bar to hit 300 dyno dynamics hp but on stock cams. I don't have much experience with 4a's with cams.
I would comfortably run a bar with that turbo on stock cams, even a little more but I'd want to have a look at the compressor map before running more boost with those cams.
What A/R are you running on the turbine housing and what's the rev limit set at?
The 7105137 are mine.
The comp is 8.8:1
And later I will drive with 1 bar or more.
The turbo can mack 1.5 bar without problems.

Inlet a/r is 64
Outlet a/r is 60
I think I would have 300hp at 1bar or little more
Sorry for my English. It is very bad...
I dont think you'll crack 300hp with only 14.7 psi. I run a similar setup to yours but with 272 deg cams, head work and alloy plenum. I managed to make 315hp @ 21 psi. I did have a few boost leaks on the dyno though.
Eddie.
What ECU use you? 315hp on the wheel or on the engine? Which boost have you drive? Only 21psi? And which hp have you then?
