So I got my timing light, it came early! Mad. So I timed it and then I realised there's a massive air leak at the bottom of my carby at the manifold on 1 nut, it won't tighten, so I bought a spacer, thinking it could be just that part on the thread but nooooo it still won't tighten. Any ideas? Tap n die kit? Or a heap of gasket goo? Just thinking out loud here.

So, iv been working and havnt had time to do much lately, sucks, it's freezing cold and I can't be bothered working on my car. What a shitty mood iv been in lately, havnt heard my baby puuuurrrrr haha more like lump lump lump lump hahaha. So I got a new stud for my manifold. Should fix the air leak I'm hoping but I need a gasket, mmmmm anyone have a weber 32/36 DGV gasket? I reused the one on the adapter that's rooted and used gasket goo then realised I need a gasket anyway after I already bolted it on, fuck my little powerhouse is falling to bits, I'm in need of a new car while I fix it or get my 4age and build it. Was even thinking of a boxer engine seeing as though I work at Subaru and it would be a fun build. A really fun build. I'm going to get my hands on a gasket and il put that can't back in and fire her up. If she goes she goes if she fails il but a charade until I can Finnish my build.
