Sounds good but dont get suzuki sierras rear shocks they are too short. Speak to AJPS about getting some KYB Excel G's all round.
Unfortunately you have to go all out on corolla front ends becuase they have small diamter struts up front that wont accomodate any decent shocks, springs or brake upgrades. Changing to the AE86 struts (2inch) gives you many option for shock inserts, springs choices. The AE86 brakes are bigger than AE71 too and also have many good brake pad options available unlike the AE71. So upfront its a bit of money beacause you will need the AE86 steering arms too (powersteering arms are shorter and give faster steering and more lock) then while the struts are out you may as well replace the ball joints and bushes in the control arms or better get some XT130 corona arms or 10mm more track each side and a bit of negative camber for better front grip in corners. Will need to get new steering rack ball joints and rack ends while you are at it too.
I would go with 5 and 3.5 kg springs front and rear, will be much stiffer than stock but still very liveable day to day with soaking up bumps.
Wont get much change from 2000 for a basic non coilover setup but the difference is so good and the car will drive so nice you wont even care about the cash once its in!
