for me... the thing that makes Drift comp rubbish in AU is the judging/commentary.

The judging of each run takes decades!
The commentators suck balls! they are bland and lack any enthusiasm.
Ever been to nitro circus? OR just ever watched D1 japan?

if you cant see the difference there is something wrong with you.

i love drift to death, i think it can support itself and be recognised in AU, but every time i watch a comp, i wanna go home because as i said:
1. the commentary bores me to death - they don't do there job, which is generating excitement and getting the crowd pumped.
2. the judging of each run takes a decade!!!
3. number 2 means there is at-least 5 mins between each run
4. number 2 + 3 = are you fucking serious?!, im getting some food!

Drifting for me has peaked...crowds within the Tassie scene peaked 3 years ago and steady decline since then...it's much the same in Adelaide to my knowledge...

beau is one of the most talented drivers in the country...I've been quite a fan since the days he drove the wrx in 2005...once his new car is dialled I have no doubt he'll be next to impossible to beat...
