LOL
why not a gasless mig? look pretty good on youtube haha
haha ive done welding before but not a proffesional by far ahah, just was looking to do my own exhaust so not thick metals?
Gasless is okay for that sort of work, it's just one of those things that comes down to the user's discretion, I personally don't like it because of my experience with more conventional welding processes, it is more difficult to get a nice bead happening but yeah, all I can say is give it a go and decide for yourself
ive used both gas and gasless aswell... gasless imo, is the biggest waste of time..
but its all about whats in your budget..
Its a diff technique to use gasless, i've managed to use it once with some success, but u push the puddle instead of pull it.

You should always push the puddle, no matter what welding process lol
You dont push the puddle while using a stick, you can pull the puddle with mig and tig aswell aslong as the keyhole/penetration point is leading and penetrating the join opposed to just filling in the puddle.
All in all it comes down to technique, experience, the type of weld and accessability but certain techniques certainly are better applied when allowed.
Sorry I wasn't counting stick, mig can be pulled but I try not to, tig on the other hand should never be pulled, always keeping the gas flowing over the next section of weld is crucial to keeping the weldpool from becoming contaminated
