I would just spray each hole with a heap of TB cleaner, and scrub what I can get to with a small toothbrush or something. I wouldn't bother taking it apart, as I don't think its really designed to be a serviceable part.
HI i was wondering if anyone know hows to take apart the iscv on a 20v to clean it i have it off but i am having trouble trying to take it apart to clean it any help or a DIY explanation would be appreciated?
Thanks Josh

Give it to ya mum.
This ^^^... the screws on the cover at the bottom should be sealed with a dab
of paint to indicate that they are factory set. There is also a smear of silicone under
the cover to keep it leak tight. Nothing bad happens if you take it apart, but you
should try and put it back exactly as it was, as the bi-metallic spring is there to do
the right thing if your ISCV loses power.
