That shifter plate/thing shifter bolts to/whatever you call it. Can't you just turn that around... and get your shifter roughly in the original position?
Picked up a TR6060 VE commodore 6 speed cheaper than I could find a T56, which from what I've gathered is basically an upgraded version of the T56 - losing more JDM points. I will either get a front mount shifter that goes directly on top of the box where the linkages run into or just shorten up the standard set up, otherwise it will be just in front of the handbrake base.
Finished the rear towers:
I managed to find a 5 bolt R200 diff aswell so everything is finally coming together, but there is still so much work to be done.

S15 cradle,LCA's and knuckles
S13 hubs to get 4 stud
Adjustable camber, traction and toe arms
R33 5 bolt R200 lsd yet to be shimmed
R33 5 bolt axles
R33 calipers and discs re drilled to 4 stud
Whiteline adjustable swaybar
Shockworks custom valved coilovers
My 3rz to chevy trans adaptor plate should be here next week hopefully
