SSR Reverse Mesh: ID help & disc style (circle VS star)

I have a few questions about my set of what may or may not be SSR Reverse Mesh.

15x7+1, 15x7.5-5




All 4 appear to have genuine markings and stickers on the inside. I originally thought they were copies and haggled the previous owner down because of the circle style centre. Turns out that may not be the case. I did some searching and found only one other mention of an SSR circle style centre here:

The picture below shows both circle and star centre styles. Note that the circle centre mesh pattern in this pic is slightly different to what I have and there aren't 4 threaded holes around the centre bore like I have. Perhaps they are hidden by the centre cap?




But since I have 15" wheels...is that something to do with 15" discs going onto 16" Formula Mesh barrels? Therefore you could have the same 15" disc on a 15" Reverse Mesh barrel?


What's the deal with the different centre styles? Seems there's a normal star style and then 2 circle styles?

Real or Copy?

Where to find centre caps to suit?

Take pics of the genuine markings and stickers you have

Same for both 7.5"
Can't find a picture on my pc of the 7" sticker, I'll have to take a wheel off the car to get a photo

the circle centre mesh you have are ssr ex-c mesh and came factory with decorative centre trim/caps.

Thanks Mitch, nailed it! That's given me much better search results and a better starting point in my hunt for 'centre caps'

Or should that be 'aero covers'?
