Default HELP ME PLEASE: New build running way to rich and stalling

Just finished building my motor and finally got it all running,

    basic specs are below

Running kouki wiring uncut and kouki ecu
everything is pretty much stock rwd gear
    RWD intake
    Rebuilt injectors -16060's
stock rwd exhaust manifold, now replaced with aftermarket 4-1 headers and 2.25 inch exhaust

basically first time round I had the fuel return line plumbed into the wrong fuel line on the chassis so no.4 injector took the brunt of the fuel pressure increase and blew open

second time round fixed the fuel return line and rebuilt the injectors again, now its still running too rich, to the point that after 5 mins of idle it just stalls and dies, have to pull the injector plugs out and start it to dry it out and start

any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have the regulator vac line connected correctly? Sounds like there is max rail pressure at idle.

Oh and having the engine running and idling rich like that on a brand new engine will fuck it. Idling a new engine for 5 minutes isnt good for it........specially if its running as rich as you say.

the car was running fine, done about 200km's on it
but this fuel issue has relegated it to short drives and idling in the garage

I have the pressure reg hooked up to the same plug with the 3 nipples for the map sensor

Make sure that both of them are getting manifold vacuum ALL the time then - like, straight off the manifold. Some of the throttlebody vacuum ports are only provide vacuum under certain circumstances. If your MAP and FPR aren't getting constant manifold vacuum your shit won't play ball.
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?

thanks Javal & slide86 I pulled out the 3 port vaccum connection from the intake manifold and cleaned it up, checked that all three ports are working and plugged it back in and it seams to have made a difference

I am now getting a very slight miss though

cheers guys really appreciate the help
