This page is to show custom part ideas that are being looked into, designed or developed.

Some of these below may be deemed to not be feasible or have the idea scrapped for other reasons. While others would end up being developed, made and then tested to then be released. 3D models shown may be very early versions and shown incomplete and unfinished. Some projects have not listed for various reasons.


People are welcome to post suggestions on parts for my business to possibly make, or post feedback or suggestions on what's in the list. Anyone who suggests a part and helps the process such as doing test fitting will receive a significant discount should it end up being released.



These are in the rough order of when they are likely to be released, top means likely to be available first.

- 7a / 4age exhaust side alternator brackets

Now machined up, tensioner brackets being worked on and these should be released shortly

- 20V angled intake adapters

Tilts the intake of a 20V upwards for potentially more power in itself otherwise through the options of a longer intake alone.

- Universal 16V 4AGE rear water outlets

An upgrade for the original water outlet off the back of any given 16V head so as to be thinner and have any combination of barbs/plugs facing either direction.

- 16V quad throttle manifolds

To fit 20v throttles on a 4age 16V, has CNC machine flanges and braces with moulded Carbon Fiber tubes.

- 7a / 4age gearbox adapters

Different adapter kits to bolt on the 6-speed from an RX8 / MX5 / Altezza pending on the verison.

No more additional information to show yet, still being looked into. Both good or broken gearboxes wanted - let me know.

- Billet throttles

Fully fabricated throttle bodies with the possible provision for an injector. If I where to look into this further then different designs would be tested on a flow bench against an original 20V throttle. The shafts would likely be made from 4140 Cro-MO so we can make them thinner and possibly with an aerofoil shape. This would be a while off but is quite possible.

- White LED indication lights

A drop in set that is a direct replacement for the original indicators in the bumper of an AE86. It would likely look like what's above the number plate in this old photo below. They will still light up yellow when on and be quite bright. I don't know about this one yet, if people like this idea then let me know.

Nope sorry I will have to disappoint you on that one. I have stock but am barely able to sell any genuine repair parts at all for 3sgte engines let alone any upgrade parts. There seems to be next to no market for it.

As a rough guide I need to be able to sell a part every 3 weeks just to break even on my time and RND costs. The biggest shock I found when going over to running my own business is just how much of a markup I need to break even. This is why I get real cranky when people try and haggle without buying a few things at once.

Unless there is heaps of 3S conversions going on that I don't know about or I can add it with something else getting made then I can't see me ever being able to make any parts for these engines.
