cleaning throttle body

hi all. i bought a jdm manifold with throttle body on gumtree.... without seeing it. When i got it, it was all seized and in pretty bad shape. I stripped down the throttle body and want to put in the ae82 moving parts, however i would appreciate if anyone could help me remove the ?calcification or whatever this crap is. I have tried soaking in vinegar with no luck

Sandblasting would be the quickest/easiest method.

Hyper Coatings in Penrith can sort you out. They're on Production place just off Batt street. They can even ceramic or powdercoat the badboy any colour under the sun. Give them a buzz and speak to James regarding price.
