that looks nice sam ,but from memory it might have to be longer ,thottles will hit fuel rail
This is my current model of a quad throttle adapter:
This has the following advantages:
- Near ideal port match from throttles to adapter and the same to the base it bolts to.
- Light weight: the adapter will be under 900 grams
- a vacuum port off each cylinder for MAP and a larger size for the brake booster.
- Holds the throttles the right way up
- Uses unmodified linkages between the ends of the throttles and to the top throttle cable mechanism.
- Throttles positively located to adapter via dowels to stop changes in tune from movement.
- Good port transitions: no harsh edges or angle changes.
- Will come with barbs, plugs and fasteners to make it a full kit.
Price should be quite low even with all the extras, aimed at $300 to 350. I am likely to have a lower price for those who pay 2 weeks in advance before these get machined so I can better plan on how many to get made.
I am getting a prototype 3D-printed this weekend and I should be able to test fit it for final checks this coming week. If that works out and I didn't miss anything then I shall finalise the price and work out the pre-orders.
Updates will be posted on here as they come

Well done Sam, Another quality item.
I'll be putting my hand up for one
thanks guys I have put many hours into it.
Glenn- I was warned about it and from what I can work out I should be in the clear, only just though. Due to the more crude approach of using the two original manifold bases my adapter doesn't need to be overly thick to get the clearance I need. I most likely shall find out this week as I wish to do a test fit then.
Aussie_XLR: I will post intermediate updates on here:
but when I confirm everything I shall update this space and personally let you know

ok ,so you are still using the 1st 2 parts of the std manifold ,got you
Yes, while it's not as proffesional looking as a manifold off the head you more than anyone else would know how expensive that choice is.

Any updates on these? Would like to get my hand on one!
Indeed I have, I have made some slow but still worthwhile progress. Below is a test fit of my 3D-printed manifold as it is right now:
I am trying to track down an off the shelf PCV valve that has a 90 degree bend in it otherwise I need to either provide a linkage kit with each adapter or have inverted throttles.
