T-18/TE71 looks weird with AE86 wheels.
Hey all,
So I'm sitting at work, trying not to spend the entire day on the forum/window shopping on RHDJapan and this image pops up on my rotating desktop background.
I'm just staring at it for a while and then notice something weird (can you spot it?)...
Ok, I'll tell you... look at the reflection of the wheels in the water on both cars. The reflection doesn't match the vehicles, right.
Then I ask myself why Toyota would do this (or maybe it's not the original image). Do you think Toyota would've used a few versions of the same image to market to different regions? That's my best guess, as they could flip the image to make it look like rhd regions, etc.
Either way, I just wanted to share this with ya'll.
Pretty sweet to see these T-18/TE71 in brand new form, hey.
Lifted from this site:
I'm not sure if you have heard of this site, but I have used it heaps for my job (finding vehicle images for our website) and it's pretty good, albeit in Russian.
It's great to see all the old models when they were new and the photo shoot tricks the manufacturers used back then.
Check this out (the white boards make for easy editing):
Anyways, I should probs get back to work.
C'mon 5 O'clock!!!

That's awesome. Wish ads were more like this and less "annoying girl in the blue dress"

Oh god, don't get me started. She is the worst.
I know she is just an actress, but don't you think she'd get some hate mail from that ad?
