Default [VIC] Fully worked ADM $14k

    Hey guys,

Bit of an expression of interest at this stage, my girlfriend is really bugging me to get this thing on the market.

I bought this in late 2011. It was in primer, and almost not running. It was a joke. I have replaced just about everything with new parts when possible, or good condition used parts. Has been a daily for years but is kinda built to race and drift. I just don't have the time/money/social life to do that since I just moved to Melbourne for work and people are more into sipping lattes than driving down here.
    Not parting out.

    1984 Toyota AE86 Sprinter
    Motor
    -NA 16v high compression smallport - $400
    -Has about 1,000ks on it
-Built by Paul Gilbert on the Gold Coast who has built motors for Billzilla (Bill Sherwood) in the past. -$2.6g
-Head, block and sump put together by me, no leaks, good compression etc.
-King bearings, new uprated valve springs etc
    -Wiseco pistons - K506M815 - 81.5 Diam, domed -$500 from summit
-Camtech 272 cams, 8.6mm lift - very refined, maybe due to ecu

-Stock smallport rods, adjusted to 20mm, balanced to crank
-Smallport crank balanced to new toyota crank sprocket, T3 pulley
    -.8mm TRD headgasket -$60 RHDJap
-ECU Haltech PS1000 wired and installed, dynotuned by GTAuto - Pro level stuff which includes mil-spec quick 16wire plug through firewall for easy motor swaps. - $5g
-100kw atw, limit set to 8500rpm
-Coilpacks from 2zz with adaptor plate from SamQ $200
-ITBs from SamQ, adaptor from T3 with their sock filters - >$500
-Upgraded oil pump from SamQ $200
-RWD water stuff for bolt on install - $300
    -Newish thermostat - $60
-Power enterprise kevlar timing belt - $154
    -Gates water and alt belt
-Newish alternator from AcDelco - $300
-New Koyo copper rad, from RHDJapan, looks stock -$300
-Fujitsubo Super Ex Header RHDJap - $770
    -Small, fat, cat
-HKS cat back - pretty loud - from 7OXIN's imported 7AGE trueno lol
    -Sard fuel press. reg.

    Interior
-Sparco steering wheel - $200 from Summit
    -GT1 Motorsports Boss spacers x2 - $160 RHDJap
-Stock adm seats, cracked dash, rear seats.
-Shit white paint, needs refresh. Headliner ok.
-No sound deadening or carpet, nice rubber floor mats
    -Heater works, aircon removed
-Oil temp, pressure and water temp Stack gauges in water cut fascia panel, not connected
-Door seals are pretty good all round
-Large bubble shifter - the ladies love it
    -extinguisher

    Body
    -400,xxx on clock
-Exterior respray by professional painter 2 years back - thick appliance white. $2.5g
-Bay sprayed a year ago in nice deep gunmetal with a hint of gold sparkle, all fishoiled -$700
-There were only 2 or 3 rust spots when I had it resprayed, 20c size, taken care of by painter.
-Guards rolled nicely to fit wheels by painter
-Bit of surface rust above the fuel tank under spare wheel well - treated by me, not really going anywhere.
    -Windows tinted $200
-GSXR1000 ebay mirrors - pretty sweet. Standard mirrors included with spares - pretty manky.
-Monkey warehouse (origin copy) front and rear bumpers panda painted
-Nice headlight inserts from AE82 swapped in, original rubber bulb surrounds
-JDM fuel tank with sender, stock? pump, JDM fuel filler neck - painted and cleaned up
-NICE redline taillights with centre garnish, working LED licence plate lights, new rubber gaskets from toyota and smaller ones by me.

    Handling
-Shockworks kit- springs, shocks etc - less than a year old $2g
    -Front and rear strut braces
-Front and rear sway bars upgraded
-Power steering arms for extra lock
    -Adjustable whiteline panhard rod
-New brake and clutch master cylinders
-Skinny paseo brake booster, sprayed black.
-Handbrake is stock cable - real good.
-Set SSR Formula mesh 14" 6.5j +? Legal sized
-Set SSR MK3s 14" 8,8.5j +a bit, fit guards nicely

    Driveline
-JDM T50 - one of the only things not replaced by me, seems fine. did the front seal when motor swapped
    -Exedy clutch with new bearings
-Stock flywheel, 8 bolt, balanced to crank, New Toyota flywheel bolts
-Custom rebuildable driveshaft by driveline services $750 handles about 800hp haha
-Tseries drumbrake rear end from T18, has had all seals and bearings done by Steve at diff and gearbox industries in Bris - $800
    -TRD 2way - locks well

    Needs:
-Bolt on oil cooler (Suggest Mishimoto with thermostat)
-Nicer thermofans (Suggest Mishimoto with shroud - would fit Koyo rad)
    -High beam switch fixed
    -Horn wired up
-Toyota driveshaft to diff bolts, the old ones just gave way and I had to replace with high tensile generic - untested.
-maybe a crank angle sensor wired up...at the moment its running off cam angle which makes timing tuning a bit hard - I think there's more in it. Block off distributor plate.

Selling without RWC as I don't have the time, would be a bit difficult with ITBs and its pretty grumbly and loud.
QLD Modplated for Smallport and front seats though.
Built to race or drift really, does anyone drive these on the roads anymore?
15sec 1/4 from memory, quite hard to get power down tho as its so light.
Power is a really predictable charge, gets nice up top and just keeps winding through the rpms.
Would be a dream on the track, kind of where I was heading but never got to.
Just about ready to drift, if you're into drifting expensive and rare 30 year old cars. You bastard.

3 keys included, all receipts, notes and random templates for gaskets and things in a folder. A ton of pics from the build.
This is actually really hard to do but I just bought a reliable work van and don't have the space.
Boxes of spares incl block and 2 heads, sideskirts etc (in Bris at the moment)
I definitely didn't build this to sell, the parts are mostly new but the chassis is 30yrs old. Probably wouldn't suit a first time AE86 owner.
Consider your offer carefully, too much BS and I will disappear back into the night.

Hmm if car is still for sale at the end of the month I would be very interested, I'm currently interstate at the moment for work so yeh. As for RWC you mentioned that it could be an issue with the ITB's being loud? Just trying to figure out how I would get it to Sydney and get a RWC.

Feel free to give me a ring or text. Ive got a full set of legal wheels with good tyres, quiet exhaust for rwc and all lights work etc... you may need an airbox made for itbs - im not 100% sure about the laws. It probably could be done.

17k worth of less than 2 year old parts, not including the 6k worth of chassis. Someone take it already it's killing me.
