Yes the crank is standard size.
As for postage, i'll need your post code to work it out.
I'd imagine somewhere between $65 and $85 in postage alone.

Are you still in Australia? Ill look if there are any specifics. Im used to having to get parts from overseas since i have a JDM 86 here in the states...do you have ups, fedex, dhl etc... down there?

I did a quick calculation through Australia Post as a rough estimate and attached it.
