Removing bolt ideas - Rear diff

Anyone got any ideas removing the follow bolt. Its rusted together

Tried banging it out and heated blow torch.

It does turn but welded itself together with inner rubber mentel.

Had to cut the below one off but this one is hard to cut off

Clean it up with a wire brush first, soak it in wd40 and give that a go.

Should that fail, heat it up and it will soon come out. Failing that, drill the head of the bolt off and tap it through with a chisel.
