+1 on the rears, especially for a streeter.

yeah, I want to drive it on the street from time to time, hence the mufflers Ive bought and the smaller kit etc... bought a fairly large oval muffler for underneath and a satin stainless cannon with blued end rather cheap today. Over the twin pipe look personally.

Yeah, so I got kinda bored and wasnt really happy with the way things were heading with the car, so i decided to do something about it.

15 x 8/10 Superlights have been sold, DMAX kit is gone, DMAX bonnet is going tomorrow afternoon. Also sold my front coilovers and brakes, and my rear springs/struts.

    Im now awaiting final pricing and delivery dates for a set of 15 x 8.5 -28 and 15 x 9.5 - 20 Work Meister S1 2p, in silver centre/polished lip ;D

I pick up a vertex sideskirts/rear bar tomorrow arvo, and hunting for a OEM kouki front bar, and a zenki OEM front lip. Blending my DMAX rear quarters in too, hopefully picking up the paint friday sometime.

    Sherlock did a quick photoshop...

Keen as fuck on the car again. ;D Cant wait for things to start happening.

Delivery estimate on the wheels was around 6 weeks or so, hopefully less, so ive got a bit of time to purchase my new coilovers and my wilwood big brake kit. Have to rip out the motor at some point, will need to come out so i can paint the engine bay and hide some of the wiring etc...

Sold the wheels!!! ahh man... Hope you got a decent price but.

With everyone bagging on the kumho tyres, and another user selling them for a decent price on this site, what was your take on them? Would you get them again?

And you said you wouldn't have pushed 10's at the front aswell with the sigma LCA's, but why is that?

Just a newbie after some direction...

Well 10's with std LCA sit about where 8's would with sigma LCA so 10's and sigma = mexican

Im glad you approve. I know it's not all out there and shit, but I reckon it's stylish, simple, clean and still tuff as balls.

I quite like kumhos and will be using them again probably.... Ive used nankang, sumitomo, nexen and zeetex, and out of the "cheaper" tyres ive used, They've been the best. Of course spending more will get you a better tyre, but I reckon there's always a balancing act between price and performance. Some will spend more, some wont.

As for 10's on the front... See Karl's post. Exactly why.

Although Im removing the sigma arms and either going to corona arms or Kelway adj.'s, and pushing my new front wheels back into negative offsets..... more dish.

And I thank you for that. i always knew that something wasnt right, until I saw that photo.

And Im getting meisters simply because I can... Ive always wanted a brand spanking fresh set.... unfortunatley most of my previous cars using 18's I couldnt justify the coin.... but on this I can.
